Return Policy
Returns must be made within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No products shall be returned without prior authorization from Hydraulic Outlet. A return goods authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Hydraulic Outlet or a Hydraulic Outlet authorized agent prior to any products being returned for Warranty. Shipper
shall prepay all transportation charges for the return of such products to a Hydraulic Outlet location or designated service center.
There will be no acceptance of any charges for labor and/or parts incidental to the removal or remounting of products repaired or replaced under Warranty.
The Warranty does not cover conditions over which Hydraulic Outlet has no control, including,
without limitation, contamination, pressure in excess of recommended maximum, products
damaged or subject to accident abuse or misuse after shipment from our factory, products altered
or repaired by anyone other than Hydraulic Outlet personnel.
